Do you work out? Are you healthy? Do you drink plenty of water during the day? Are you hydrated? Are you, really, hydrated? Are you sure? In my training for 1/2 and full ironman racing, I drink a tremendous amount of water and fluids, and have always believed I was well hydrated. Well, I found
