Until this past weekend, I hadn’t done a triathlon shorter than 70.3 miles.  Ever. I know it sounds odd and counter intuitive, but the fact is my first triathlon was a 70.3 (Half-Ironman), as was my second 6 weeks later, my 3rd and fourth were 140.6 mile Ironman distance, and my first race this year

Now I sit here… at the beginning of my second season 1, amazed at the last year – Two Ironmans, three 1/2 Ironmans; over 500 miles of racing, 1000′s of miles of training; Spent time in New Orleans, Hawaii, Mexico, San Diego, Sonoma; met lots of new people and made lots of new friends; raised over $2000 for charity… and loved every minute of it.
